7 Tips For Achieving Baby Smooth Skin

    By No Comments2 Mins Read

Good skin is more than just genetic luck: it’s a combination of diet, skin care products and protection techniques that will have people wondering how the fountain of youth was discovered. These are the most infallible tips to achieve soft skin for your baby, starting today.

    1. Drink plenty of water

Hydration is practically the first and most important step when it comes to improving your skin. Even people with chronic skin conditions will find that drinking water helps eliminate toxins and waste, which ultimately cause blemishes and blackheads. It also dries out the skin and causes loss of elasticity.

    2. Always remove your makeup

Even if you only wear a little makeup, it is very important to remove it before going to bed. Try doing it with a gentle cleanser that doesn’t strip your skin of the natural nutrients and oils that can actually support its growth.

    3. Use that SPF

The faces of women who use sunscreen compared to those who don’t are amazing. If you leave the house, regardless of the season, you should always wear sunscreen. Not only will this protect you from skin cancer, but it can also stop premature aging and acne!

    4. Clean twice a day

Cleansing your face is as important as removing your makeup. Use a gentle cleanser (only once a day if your skin is very sensitive) and remember to wash, as doing so removes dead cells and oil buildup. Wipe with freshly washed hands in outward circular motions and gently dry.

    5. Eat healthy

Too much junk food means pimples and patchy, unhealthy-looking skin. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables mean a natural shine and a smooth, uniform appearance throughout. If you drink and smoke a lot, your skin will also be affected: smoking stops the free flow of oxygen in the blood and can lead to premature aging, while alcohol causes swelling and dehydration.

    6. Keep calm and carry on

High levels of stress can contribute to skin aging and wrinkles, since at the root, hormonal changes are what cause it. If you have less stress, that means less cortisol and better skin. Stay positive!

    7. Exfoliate

Just as cleansing is important to remove dead skin, exfoliation is too. You can do this through pearls or something like AHA, also known as alpha hydroxy acid.
